You never know what you’ll get when you ask real customers to come on camera and share their thoughts about what you do. But if you’re confident that you’re making their lives better, like Prospera Credit Union, it’s a risk you’re willing to take.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Prospera for a while now, and we recently completed some new TV commercials where we asked actual Prospera Credit Union Members what “prosperity” means to them. Prospera’s mission, after all, is to provide its members with personalized, tailored guidance to prosperity.
What followed was a ton of interesting answers that ran the gamut from starting your own business to owning your own dragon. And as we all know, owning a dragon requires very specialized financial guidance.
Anyway, we had a blast working with the Prospera team, and wanted to share the results of our latest collaboration. We hope you get a laugh from the commercials, but more importantly, we hope it prompts you to think about your mission, and how you make your customers’ lives better. If you’re not sure, ask them. You might be surprised by what you hear. For example, who knew there was a niche market for creating financial models for dragon ownership? But we digress. Without further ado...
