We've worked with Cielo for a long time. As they evolved, we helped them share their mission and perspective with a bold brand story video. We helped them build brand affinity by introducing their audience to the people behind their technology. And we helped them launch their TalentCloud platform and their High-Volume RPO product.


But these Digital Accelerators are something new. 

With Digital Accelerators, Cielo took their two most significant assets - hard-earned human experience and technological prowess - and leveraged them to build a suite of intelligent plug-and-play talent acquisition tools. Cielo's Digital Accelerators combine AI with world-class human expertise in a new way, providing better outcomes and experiences for companies and candidates.

Digital Accelerators are a true game-changer.

That's not hyperbole. These tools are legit. Bonafide. The real McCoy. Different from competitor offerings in unique and crucial ways.

Digital Accelerators represented a whole new product category with significant technological advances. That meant there was a lot of important information to convey. It also meant that, if we could convey that information, Cielo had an opportunity to make their tools seem "real" compared to competing offerings that offered very little information and, therefore, had a strong vaporware vibe.


Unique user-focused technology deserves unique user-focused technology.

Early in our conversations with Cielo, after we understood the significance of this new product category, we suggested using interactive video to introduce their new line of Digital Accelerators. 

It made perfect sense:

  • Digital Overlays / They allow viewers to explore the additional content they're interested in and skip the stuff they don't care about.

  • Embedded Video Content / We could embed short supplemental videos focused on specific features or benefits into certain overlays to make it even easier for viewers to consume the information.

  • Hot Spots / We could add clickable objects anywhere in the main video narrative to give viewers the choice to explore or ignore.

Video is already the most engaging medium. It's already great at conveying information combined with emotion in a way that connects your brand or product with your audience. But in this case, interactive video would take things even further by switching Cielo's viewers from passive engagement to active engagement. And that difference can lead to tangible outcomes. Here are some early statistics on what interactive video can do:

We worked with Cielo's team to create two interactive videos. One to introduce Digital Accelerators as a product category, and one to introduce the first product in the Digital Accelerators suite, Cielo Source & Engage. In both cases, we utilized their newly developed library of brand illustrations, animating them to bring the narratives to life. Then, we built our interactive elements throughout both videos designed to let viewers access additional information on key features when they're interested, all while keeping the main video narratives to a very consumable overall length of about two minutes.

The interactive overview videos have given Cielo an impactful and unique way to introduce their game-changing Digital Accelerators to the marketplace.
